Pat is a qualified coach (ILM7), qualified trainer for 11 years (CertEd) and licensed Springboard trainer with a vast range of experience in coaching, training and development work. Her area of expertise includes developing women and ethnic minority individuals, as well as career and development coaching on a 1-1 basis. She is a qualified MBTI assessor and coach, and has vast experience of delivering team days, development sessions to groups, and leadership training based on emotional intelligence. She developed and is currently delivering a Springboard programme for domestic abuse victims.
