My name is Rebecca Winn, and with over 20 years experience in people development I now work as a trainer and coach right across the UK from my base here in beautiful Suffolk.
My belief is that great outcomes in life – professional, personal, academic – start with where your head is at and what you believe you can do. Once your self-belief, desire and focus are in place, then it’s time to get a strategy and develop the necessary skills.
Springboard provides the perfect framework for women to do just that, wherever they’re beginning their journey from, and it’s a thrill to be a part of that process.
As a postgraduate-qualified coach I enjoy working one-to-one with people who want to find some fresh thinking and the motivation to move ahead in some aspect of their life or work. I’m also an accredited facilitator of the Clarity4D Personal Profiling tool – a thought-provoking way to understand more about yourself and those you live and work with.
