Welcome! I’m so pleased you’ve come to look me up.
My name is Rebecca Winn, and with over 15 years experience in people development I now work as a trainer and coach right across the UK from my base here in beautiful Suffolk.
My belief is that great outcomes in life – professional, personal, academic – start with where your head is at and what you believe you can do. Once your self-belief, desire and focus are in place, then it’s time to get a strategy and develop the necessary skills.
Springboard provides the perfect framework for women to do just that, wherever they’re beginning their journey from, and it’s a thrill to be a part of that process.
Spring Forward equips women and men with the personal insight, focus and confidence to engage with the challenges of an early leadership role. The programme is unique, comprehensive and dynamic.
As a postgraduate-qualified coach I enjoy working one-to-one with people who want to find some fresh thinking and the motivation to move ahead in some aspect of their life or work. I’m also an accredited facilitator of the Clarity4D Personal Profiling tool – a thought-provoking way to understand more about yourself and those you live and work with.

“Rebecca is a brilliant and excellent trainer. She is positive and motivational, inspirational at the same time as showing empathy.”
“Rebecca was excellent – really knew her stuff! Really useful content, already thinking how I am going to change my behaviour or use tools learnt in my working life.”
“This course exceeded expectations and I will be recommending it to colleagues. Rebecca is an excellent trainer who is clear and helpful, professional and jargon-free. Lots of practical tips. Thanks!”
“I absolutely loved the course! It gave me the space and time I needed to process recent changes at work which had impacted on my long-term career goal and my family. It really helped me to see my way through some significantly challenging times and come out the other side much more positive and confident in myself.”
“I feel more able and confident in addressing real and potentially difficult people and situations and with the feedback I’m receiving from staff I interact with, it’s obvious that I’m doing that, proving my capabilities and that I want to achieve more. It has also confirmed that I enjoy working for the organisation and that I wish to further my career with them if possible.”
