Yvonne is a highly skilled, motivated and inspiring trainer with plenty of experience of working successfully with individuals, groups and teams, and has worked in the public sector, the private sector and with voluntary organisations.
Yvonne has designed and delivered training courses for individuals and organisations for over 25 years and is particularly interested in topics that include human interaction and understanding personal impact.
She is extremely experienced in providing personal development options for people and particularly enjoys and values delivering both the Fresh Steps Personal Development Programme for Older Workers and the Springboard Personal Development Programme for Women. She has been delivering Fresh Steps since 2008 and Springboard since 2004.
As a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Yvonne has enabled people to overcome such personal issues as a tendency to go red in meetings, phobias (of spiders and wasps, to give examples), and using easy ways to gain access to more positive emotions ,such as confidence, both in and out of work.
Yvonne has worked as both an employee and as a training consultant, and she currently does both. In her employed work, she is a Diversity Specialist, specialising in employment law, supporting under-represented groups within the organisation and developing a greater awareness of diversity issues within the organisation. As a consultant, Yvonne can bring her many years of experience in both training and diversity to assist her customers to achieve their goals.
