I have been a licensed Springboard trainer since June 2008 but, my interaction with the Springboard Consultancy spans as far back as 1996 when I attended the programme whilst working for Nat West Bank. At the time I had no idea I was part of a case study (found this out when I got licensed!) Pat is a qualified coach (ILM7), qualified trainer for 11 years (CertEd) and licensed Springboard trainer with a vast range of experience in coaching, training and development work. Her area of expertise includes developing women and ethnic minority individuals, as well as career and development coaching on a 1-1 basis. She is a qualified MBTI assessor and coach, and has vast experience of delivering team days, development sessions to groups, and leadership training based on emotional intelligence.
