Springboard Consultancy are a personal and professional development specialist. We provide consultancy services and facilitate development programmes to support all people and their organisations to embrace change and drive growth.
We have crafted a range of accessible development programmes to support individuals to overcome challenges, reach their goals and unlock their full potential. This allows organisations to attract and develop diverse talent with a focus on equality and inclusion, creating an engaged, productive and innovative workforce.
As people development experts, we understand the incredible opportunities and impact that these programmes can have on individuals, organisations and the wider society. We have been delivering personal and professional development for over 35 years, now having delivered to more than 250,000 participants across more than 48 countries.

Springboard Consultancy is proud to be part of Instructus Group, a UK registered educational charity. The group comprises of CQM Training & Consultancy who deliver skills-based training and apprenticeships with a focus on continuous improvement, lean six sigma and leadership and management, as well as Instructus Skills who support with consultation on apprenticeship frameworks and provide accreditation for lean six sigma certification.
Springboard’s development programmes go hand in hand with the offerings of the different organisations within the group and together our aims are to Develop People and Transform Lives.
