Meet Our CEO
Andrew Hammond is the Chief Executive Officer at Instructus, a UK registered educational charity, which as a group comprises of Springboard Consultancy, CQM Training & Consultancy and Instructus Skills (formerley Skills CFA).
Andrew became CEO as Springboard Consultancy was acquired by the Instructus Group following the retirement of its founders, Jenny Daisley MBE and Liz Willis MBE, in July 2016. During that time Andrew has guided the consultancy with the support of his dedicated team into what it is today.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the role, which includes 20 years in senior roles across the Royal Mail and as Non – Exec Director and Deputy Chair of NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board.
