What we do

The Springboard Consultancy can support and help drive your organisational equality, diversity and inclusion agenda by offering consultation as well as delivering training and development courses globally. We can provide diversity and inclusion solutions.

We specialise in developing people at all stages of their lives. Our thoughtfully crafted series of programmes are suited to all aspects of working and personal life.

We give participants the time to reflect, share and most importantly, set achievable goals for now and the future.

Working across 48 countries, we take like-minded individuals on a transformational journey, as well as positively helping organisations change and reshape.

Our Approach

What makes us different?

The Springboard Consultancy is owned by the Instructus Group, a UK charity focused on delivering training and development at every stage of life.

Our Social Impact Investment

In addition to outstanding Skills, Training & Development Experts, we fulfil a range of charitable programmes which are for the underserved and left behind, giving people of all ages the skills that they need to overcome the challenges they face.

Back in 2018 Instructus decided to harness our training and development skills to build a programme that would benefit local school students. Our Moulton Apprenticeship Ready (MARS) pilot is currently running with Mouton School & Science College.
