I am an experienced coach, trainer, manager and HR specialist with a background in higher education and the NHS. Currently I run my own business, Paullus People Development, and work throughout the UK with individuals, teams and organisations. I am trained in cognitive behavioural coaching and have an accredited professional Certificate in Coaching. I am an MBTI practitioner and hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management.
