Who are licensed trainers?

While Springboard Consultancy delivers personal development through open and closed courses as well as consultancy services, we also have a global network of trainers who can deliver our programmes under license.

These trainers can be an employee within an organisation that delivers the programme internally to other staff, an in-house trainer, or delivers the programme as a freelance trainer to their own clients.

Each trainer that is licensed to deliver our programmes will have gone through a comprehensive train the trainer programme, following which they will have been accredited and provided with a time limited license to deliver their chosen programme(s). They or their employers will have paid for them to attend the train the trainer programme and will subsequently pay royalties to Springboard Consultancy as part of their licensing agreement.

Trainers can only be licensed to deliver the following;

• Springboard Women’s Development
• Navigator Men’s Development
• Spring Forward
• Boost
• Fresh Steps
• Sprint

Why is it important to check a trainer’s license is valid?

If you are an employer putting together a programme, or a participant looking to join a course, it is fundamentally important that you check to ensure that the trainer has a valid license to deliver our programmes.

To maintain the license, trainers will need to undergo regular CPD and keep up to date with programme developments, as well as satisfy our quality assurance processes as and when they deliver programmes. This ensures that they deliver the highest standard of programme, and the right experience for participants.

If they do not have a valid license, they will be unable to deliver the programme.

How to check if a trainer is licensed

We can validate if a trainer is licensed to deliver our programme, but we will require some basic information to perform our checks. The easiest way to do this will be to submit our contact form below, and we will aim to get back to you within 1 business day.

In the event that the trainer is not currently licensed we can support you to ensure you can still receive you chosen programmes. Please note trainers that are not licensed cannot deliver our programme(s), and will not have access to the latest materials or be up to date with programme development.
