Dedicated Workshops for Students
Springboard Consultancy is extremely pleased to be able to offer a wide range of solutions to support all students at this difficult time.
We have new interactive development workshops to provide positive support to students during this time of great uncertainty. Open to all, irrespective of gender, these are in addition to our female-only flagship programme SPRINT, which can be delivered during lockdown remotely or face to face during normal circumstances.
Springboard Consultancy will help and support students to maximise their full potential by empowering them, giving them self-belief and an opportunity to achieve their goals. This is critical as latest figures suggest that only a third of graduates are confident about securing a role after University due to coronavirus.
1-hour virtual workshops to keep your students connected
We all have responsibilities to make sure that the right tools are in place to create an inclusive and productive studying environment for our students. Physical barriers, do not have to keep students from engaging with each other and it is vital that they still have that sense of belonging, support and purpose from their University.
To show our support, Springboard Consultancy have developed a series of 1-hour “Virtual Workshops”.
The workshops will be fully interactive and give your students a sense of being connected, feeling valued and give them that sense of belonging.
We can offer a wide range of topics including:
- Introduction to Resilience & Wellbeing
- Best practice for Home Studying
- Building personal resilience
- Maintaining positive relationships
- Managing stress and pressure: Making choices
- Building effective networks remotely
- Maintaining self-confidence in challenging times
- Developing your own personal health and wellbeing plan
Eliminate the Barriers
Every student has the right to have a rich, fulfilling and enjoyable University experience so their wellbeing is vital.
Our “Bitesize workshops” have been designed to provide participants with practical tools and techniques to develop personally and professionally. They will give participants an insight into understanding more about themselves and others, their surroundings and responsibilities which in turn will promote greater equality.

Sprint
Starting out
Sprint – is the ground-breaking professional development programme for undergraduate women with a special version available to address the issues for post-graduate students and researchers. For employers there is also an opportunity to sponsor a course supporting young women whilst giving you access to potential new talent.
“I am so glad I participated as it was different to any of my previous development skill sessions. Very interactive, practical and social. I feel it has really impacted my confidence and I can certainly attribute a lot of my job application success to Sprint!”
“I’ve learned that I should never take a second position when I can take the first. Men are trained to step up and women to step down. I want to step up.”
