What is the Navigator for Men Programme?

Navigator is a personal and professional development programme designed for men who want to establish their goals and create a plan in which to achieve them. This may include a better worklife/balance, improving job prospects, dealing with change and the impact on mental health, increasing confidence in areas they may feel they need it or building themselves a more positive mindset in all aspects of their life. The programme will take the participants and like-minded individuals on a transformational journey.
