What is the Springboard for Women Programme?

Springboard is a personal and professional development programme designed for women who want to establish their goals and create a plan in which to achieve them. This may include a better worklife/balance, improving job prospects, becoming more assertive, increasing confidence in areas they may feel they need it or building themselves a more positive mindset in all aspects of their life.
