NEW VACANCY: E, D & I Training Programme Manager – The Springboard Consultancy

We are looking for a E, D & I Training Programme Manager, reporting to the Group Marketing & Sales Director, to have overall responsibility for the success and growth of our personal development product portfolio – The Springboard Consultancy brand, from strategy design to new product development whilst ensuring commerciality and sustainability. What you’ll do

• Own and drive the strategic vision for the Springboard product portfolio
• Ensure smooth and commercial programme delivery of the product portfolio including trainer allocation, delivery logistics and required programme support
• Design and develop both existing and new products appropriate to compliment the current offering and generate ROI
• Manage and grow the Springboard freelance trainer network building opportunities to create and maximise value
• Act as the point of contact internally and externally for the product portfolio as the technical expert and an Ambassador for E, D & I
• Broad stakeholder management with key relationships for all Springboard related matters between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, the wider Exec Team, our Freelance Trainer network and our customers
• Analysis and evaluation of current feedback and performance data to implement improvements
• Responsible for the line management of a small operations team for Springboard product operations as well as our Apprenticeship Certification (1 direct report – a team of 3)
• Support the Operations Manager in maintaining strong Apprenticeship Certification performance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience that will help you be a success in this role include:

• Previous experience of designing successful personal development products / programmes
• Proven ability to drive / improve ROI
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of strategic growth
• Skilled in negotiation, influencing and collaboration
• Working knowledge of supporting successful sales & marketing initiatives
• Line Management of at least 1 team member previously
• Able to communicate to a diverse audience
