Springboard Consultancy Unveils Redeveloped Women’S Personal Development Programme for 2026

Springboard Consultancy has announced the launch of its newly redeveloped Springboard Women’s Development Programme – an evolution of one of the world’s longest-standing and most recognised personal development programmes for women.

For more than 35 years, the Springboard Programme has supported hundreds of thousands of women globally to build confidence, clarity and purpose in both their professional and personal lives. Its widespread impact is such that many organisations cite Springboard as a core part of their talent and inclusion strategy, while participants often describe it as a turning point in their careers.

The refreshed programme represents the next chapter in Springboard’s longstanding commitment to meaningful, research-led women’s development. The redevelopment has been shaped by extensive client feedback, participant insights, and the realities women are navigating in today’s workplaces and home lives – including changing career expectations, evolving life stages, and increasing organisational focus on wellbeing, inclusion and talent retention.

You can explore more detail about the programme on our updated women’s personal development programme page.

While the core essence of Springboard remains unchanged,  reflection, connection and purposeful action, the programme now introduces modernised content, inclusive design updates and new tools that deepen the learning experience. The redevelopment places emphasis on contemporary themes such as confidence, influence, intentional living, wellbeing, life transitions and gendered experiences that can shape women’s home and working lives.

Springboard Consultancy notes that the refresh arrives at a time when investment in women’s development is increasingly recognised as a strategic priority. Research shows that gender-diverse teams outperform financially, while organisations with strong inclusion cultures attract and retain talent more effectively. Yet women continue to face disparities in progression, pay and representation – particularly during life stages such as caregiving or menopause.

The redeveloped Springboard Programme aims to support organisations in addressing these realities through a holistic, evidence-informed, research-backed development experience that empowers women while strengthening organisational culture, engagement and performance.
