About facilitator training and licensing
Why Organisations Choose Facilitator Licensing
Facilitator licensing is designed for organisations that want to build internal delivery capability without developing a full programme internally.
It allows internal facilitators to deliver tried and tested personal development programmes while keeping delivery close to the organisation’s culture, people and priorities.
This can be particularly valuable when HR, L&D or employee network teams know there is demand for development, but need a proven structure, quality assurance and support to deliver it well.
This can support organisations looking to:
- deliver Springboard Women or Navigator Men in-house
- reach larger numbers of participants over time more cost effectively
- provide consistency across teams, sites or regions
- strengthen internal ownership of personal development
- support employee networks and colleague communities
- connect women’s or men’s development to wider people strategy
- save time creating programme content and materials
- maintain quality through licensing, CPD and quality assurance
- build capability within HR, L&D, OD, EDI or internal facilitation teams
This makes facilitator licensing a practical option for organisations that want personal development to become more embedded, scalable and sustainable.
Why Become a Licensed Facilitator?
Becoming a licensed facilitator is a development opportunity in its own right, not just a delivery role. Facilitators learn to create space for reflection and practical action in a way that feels relevant and meaningful to participants.
This licensing opportunity is ideal for experienced trainers, facilitators, HR professionals, ED&I roles and organisational development specialists seeking to expand their skills and impact. Participants should have a passion for supporting personal and professional growth and a commitment to delivering quality training. However we can support those with less experience too, and always welcome a conversation to discuss your requirements.
The programme is well-suited to organisations looking to integrate impactful development programmes in-house, empowering internal teams to deliver Springboard’s unique training independently. Whether working in corporate, public, or non-profit sectors, trainers looking to enhance their offering and meet evolving development needs will find this programme valuable.

What People Say About Our Facilitator Training
“I love the ethos of Springboard, we’ve got so much talent and want to make sure we use it, but also make sure that each individual feels valued too. Springboard does that and has been running in Virgin Atlantic for a long time with a great reputation. I jumped at the chance to become a licensed trainer!
The Trainer Licensing course itself shows the strength of the content of Springboard. There were eight professional women from different companies, ages, and backgrounds, all in a room together, but we were so strongly connected with the messages that run through the course, and that’s testament to the programme.”
“Before we started Navigator, there was an assumption that men could grasp all opportunities and had the confidence they needed, but it wasn’t the case. It meant a lot that Avon and Somerset Constabulary recognised that there are men who also need support and development.
I am so pleased of the impact of the programme and the influence I can have in supporting men within our organisation, such as helping them to achieve their goals, and become the best version of themselves. However small it is, I know that I’ve had some part to play in that process. I don’t think I could get anything more satisfying than that, it’s so rewarding!”
