Delivery & Implementation
How are your courses delivered?
We can deliver our courses in a variety of ways depending on your requirements. For individual participants and small groups, we have our accessible open programmes that are delivered frequently throughout the year. These are delivered virtually, typically via Zoom, and are led by one of our expert facilitators who provide a truly interactive and unique experience.
For organisations looking to invest in their employees we deliver a closed programme to larger groups which can be in person, online or a combination of both which works well to bring different teams and departments together wherever they may be based. This encourages collaboration, cross departmental communication and networking, helping to breakdown siloes.
We have significant experience of delivering these programmes internationally, supporting with managing different time zones and can adapt to different cultures and languages. We also offer trainer licensing opportunities for your in-house trainers to deliver our programmes directly.
What is the typical duration of each course?
Each course varies in duration depending on requirements, but typically;
• Springboard Women’s development – 8 half day or 4 full day sessions over 3-4 months
• Navigator Men’s Development – 8 half day or 4 full day sessions over 3-4 months

Can you customise courses to meet our specific organisational needs?
Our courses are fully customisable to meet organisational specific focuses and scenarios depending on what you would like to address within your company.
Common focuses we see are developing an engaged and productive workforce, supporting work/life balance, mental and physical wellbeing of staff, building diverse teams and encouraging people to push themselves, creating sustainable development and leadership pipelines, tackling gender inequality, the gender pay gap, and general equality, diversity and inclusion issues. This all supports with driving greater performance, productivity and utimately profit. We also factor in the needs of individuals and any special learning requirements, as we embrace neurodiversity and all abilities.
How do you ensure content aligns with our company culture and goals?
To align our personal and professional development courses with your company culture and goals, we work with you to understand your company’s values, objectives and current initiatives and training. We will provide tailored course delivery and support these goals by understanding organisational specific issues.
We also match one of our facilitators with your requirements, typically where they have experience of your industry and goals that you would like to achieve.
What support and resources are provided to participants during and after the course?
Throughout our courses, our expert facilitators provide top level course delivery and support, and we have a pulse check survey after each major workshop to ensure the right experience is had by each participant, highlighting any areas of opportunity.
Participants have a reflective journal to accompany them through each module of the programme and access to comprehensive online materials which includes books/publications, podcasts, videos/ted talks and signposting for any areas of additional support.
How do you measure the success of the programmes?
Following the completion of the programme, and then again 12 months post completion, we carry out an evaluation survey to understand the outcomes of the programme for the individual and the wider impact on the organisation.
The initial survey results will be provided in a comprehensive report to showcase the impact on several areas of the participants personal and professional life. Over the longer term, where the development becomes more embedded, we provide insights in terms of progression and any significant changes. This really highlights the return on investment which also supports future skills-based training.
What do other organisations say about your programme?
Participants frequently report gaining confidence, self-awareness, assertiveness and reaching their goals. Whether it be to progress in their career, improve work-life balance, secure a promotion or new role, a career restart, or simply to improve their confidence in areas they may need it. There are no limits!
Organisations report that they find participants are more productive, proactive, and have greater job satisfaction, as well as supporting an engaged, diverse and inclusive company culture. Developing staff internally helps to reduce key staff turnover leading to less hiring costs and a boosted bottom line as well as high quality course delivery and support throughout.

Personal and professional development courses typically develop a wide range of skills and competencies, including:
• Soft skills: communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability.

Ultimately, the areas developed will depend on the course focus and what the participant(s) want to get out of it. We ensure all participants are aware of the programme and intended outcomes, for which participants will self-nominate themselves.
Why do you run single gender development courses?
Single-gender development courses can offer several advantages:
• Focused learning environment: Participants can delve deeper into specific challenges and opportunities unique to their gender without distractions or stereotypes.
• Increased confidence and self-esteem: Participants may feel more comfortable expressing themselves and taking risks in a same gender setting.
• Stronger interpersonal connections: Participants can build deeper bonds with peers, fostering a supportive community.
• Tailored content: Courses can be specifically designed to address the unique needs and challenges faced by a particular gender.
• Reduced gender stereotypes: By creating a space free from gender biases, participants can explore their full potential without limitations.
• Unique learning styles: Men and women absorb information very differently, and find the single gender programmes more productive and informative
We have our Springboard for women and Navigator for men single gender programmes, but we do find that organisations running these together concurrently are able to multiply the benefits, and a final workshop to bring the two together works really well. This helps with future steps and initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, and allyship.
Our other programmes can be for both women and men, such as authentic leadership, but we can apply single gender focus as part of our tailored closed programmes.
